How Photo and Art Printing Works

Every project begins with an image print inquiry and a review of the file resolution and color profile. This helps identify cropping concerns, margin issues, and other details that can affect the final print before production begins.

We then guide you through size and paper choices based on the image and intended use. Paper and finish guidance is especially useful for photo prints, art reproduction prints, and portfolio pieces where surface and tone matter.

Clear file checks, paper guidance, and careful production.

Print Palette helps photographers, illustrators, and local artists prepare images for print with a practical review process.

A test print is recommended for many projects because it shows how the image translates to the selected paper before a larger set is produced. The test copy is billed separately, and the final quantity is approved only after review.

Production is typically completed in three to six business days after files, materials, and quantities are confirmed. Finished prints are prepared with protective flat packaging for collection at the studio in Santiago.
